...it help you lose weight? I read into it and I found that a lot of answers were, "Eat right.", "Exercise.", or "Drink plenty of water."
I just wanted to know if it actually makes you lose weight.
I am around 110-lbs and I am 5'1". I want to lose 10 lbs.
If eating right, exercising at least 30 minutes a day and drinking plenty of water actually works for losing weight, how long would it take to lose around 10 lbs.?
 
depends on your diet but most you can lose is 2 pounds per week. (max for healthy weight loss). so i would like to say 5-6 weeks minimum 10-12 weeks max. (again depends on your diet. and your exercise) =)
