Eating really little, but seems like i gained weight?

I have a really irregular sleeping schedule etc.
For the last 4 days, on the first day, I ate around 950 calories the day, and then that night, i didn't sleep till 5am. During the day, I didn't eat anything and then i came home and slept till 12am. (so basically for teh whole 2nd day, i didn't eat anything) and then i woke up and ate a peach and then slept again, and this continued for the next two days as well.
Summary: 1st day - 950 calories, 2nd day- none (due to tiredness, and sleeping) 3rd day- 650 calories 4th day - none today - 100 calories
but i look at myself today and i look sooo much fatter! is this due to sleep?
or is it water weight? (all the foods i ate were fruits - peach, apple, grape..etc)
