Eat less + Better -
•Breakfast - Fruit milkshake(banana, yogurt, mango, berries and 1tbs protein powder)
•Snack - a small handful of small thin rice crackers
•Lunch - chicken wrap (corn wrap, chicken, lettuce, carrot, cucumber, red pepper, celery, garlic hummus)
•Snack - Celery sticks or handful of nuts.
•Dinner - One type of meat, 2-4 vegetables OR salad + rice, potato or cous cous.
Exercise -
One hour of dance per week.
30 mins - One hour of walking every second day.
2-3 Hours of P.E (Physical Education) eg. Cricket, Basketball, netball, swimming or assorted games.
Would this be a good way to loose weight? If not, PLEASE let me know something to change to make it better.
