Hey, My starting weight was 184lbs and now im down to 163lbs.
and I was wondering will I loose weight if i eat, BBQ chicken(315 calories,12g of fat, 44g of protein) with a slice of bread(80 calories, 1grams of fat, 2 grams of protein), green beans(20 calories, 1g of protein, 0.5 grams of fat), and green tea, every lunch, breakfast, and ,dinner, everyday, will I still loose weight?
I don't really work out besides abdominal exercises at home. Its what my friend eats when she is dieting and im not sure if it will actually help loose any weight or make me gain.
And do you have any tips for me to loose weight?
