i recently gained alot of weight, i moved to another country and im on my own, when i first got here i would eat take out all the time, i went on birthcontrol, and i stopped excersising.
iv been loosing weight these past few months, because i stopped eating take out, i stopped taking birthcontrol but i still dont excersice.
basically now i want to eat better, and im considering eating every 3 hours
but my question is when i go buy food what things should i get? iv never done this 3 hour eating thing so i have no idea whats "OK" to eat
and also how big should the proportions be?
i used to weight 141, im at 147 and i want to go back to 141
this is my first step.
