Eat the fat!

I think the balance among mental health, eating well and exercise is key
to keeping all those phases in good standing. I love the folks who eat
vegan, never exercise, and die young.

I eat transfats on the weekends, but have an overall cholestrol number
of 115. I like to think that it's because I also have a healthy mix of
HDLs in there, like olive oil and fish fats (cook the fish with the skin
and head on, so you don't lose the benefit.) I also exercise every day.
I don't call doing the dishes, and scratchin' my arse exercise, though.
I play frisbee with kids I teach and play volleyball in the mornings.

I'm only 42, but feeling pretty good.

That's what I've always considered a normal portion, even with a hamburger.
Anyone who would eat a fourteen-ounce hamburger is a fucking pig -- and a
pig fucker!

My little yorkie is also named Mickey and the first week i had the dog, my
brother stayed the night with me. My brother left his brand new two
thousand dollar hearing aids on the night stand next to the bed. The little
six month old dog could easily jump on the bed. The next morning the dog
was chewing on them in the living room floor, chewed them in even smaller
little pieces.

The dog did not swallow the hearing aids... But I am surprised my brother
did not kill the dog. He had insurance on the new hearing aids.
