Eat 1200 calories burn 700 at the gym..?

Hi, i would appreciate honest answers too what my philosophy of losing weight is..


I'm 5'7 i weight 269 pounds.. i am so desperate too lose, and i used be in shape awhile ago, so ill know what i am going too face... so what i've been doing and seemed too be working was eating 1200 calories a day and i try too keep it as healthy possible.. when night come's ill go too the gym and burn 700 calories .. now its been working for me really well i've lost like 10 pounds... but sometimes i do feel like im starving and feel like munching on anything but so far i've controlled that situation...

so my my question is.. if there's anything you would recommend me doing better or any i should change about my diet.
