I had one eye on this as my mum was watching it.
I noticed how it borrowed an idea from Moulin Rouge in the sense it played modern (and not so modern) songs in a 20's style for some reason
Mad About The Boy, Sex Bomb and When The Going Gets Tough were in there
I was pleasantly surprised by this film as it didn't get particularly great reviews. Thought Jessica Biel did a pretty good job being a long way out of her genre, and stood up quite well against the old english pros. And that house was stunning.
I also enjoyed it more than the reviews would have made me expect. also enjoyed the music twist. (although Colin Firth's character ?? - where were audience loyalties supposed to lie????)
