EASY POINTS weird discharge??? EASY POINTS?

help well i am 13 and i havent started my periods but i have YELLOW discharge and have been getting all the signs on puberty and i have been getting cramps.. what can this be.. and infection? the cramps is usually on one kinda.. ovary? so is this an infection? oh and i have had the discharge for about a yr and a half now,, thanks
