Please help I am so embaressed I completly forgot what this technique was called. In heian nidan you bat the hand down and step in and strike nukite. What do you call the batting the hand down?

you do shuto uki then using your lead hand you move like you are knocking a punch out of the way and strike nukite over your hand-- looke at the move during 18 and 19 seconds
