I've been going through some pretty crapish medical problems lately and have had to have many painful and scary procedures. I'm Jewish, and don't know much hebrew but I'd really like a short prayer to repeat when I get stressed during a procedure. can anyone direct me towards one and let me know what it means?
Sometimes you just need a little faith and I think a little prayer would really help me!
