Easiest smartphone for the physically disabled in Canada?

Okay I know I'm throwing a curveball out there with this question but bear with me.

I'm in the market for a new phone and have decided that I want to finally get into the smartphone game. I'm in Canada and currently on the Telus network but with less than two months to go in my contract I'm close to being a "free agent"

However my needs are slightly "off the beaten track" as I am physically disabled and need a phone that recognizes that and that I can adapt to my needs.

I'm looking for a phone with excellent speech recognition capabilities to cut down on typing and that integrates well with my Ford SYNC equipped vehicle.

The Apple iPhone 4 takes great pains to explain all of its accessibility aids but I haven't run across an Andriod phone (or any other phone OS to be fair) that makes those same claims.

Does anyone have any insight or am I looking at going Apple iPhone 4 whenever they get released in Canada?

I'm pretty sure if you get a blackberry. Just download viigo, a speech program. I dont know aboutthe integration though. You might wanna wait for the iphone 4, should be out within a month or two from now.
