Earth Science Science Fair Project HELP!?

I have to do a science fair project on Earth Science. Some example topics are tornadoes, space, natural disasters, fog, weather, etc. I have to build a model, and nothing living can't be used. (No water and things like that.) I want to use wood and build a model that way. like buide a scene with a tsunami destrying a beach. And make the houses out of wood. I'm really not sure what I should do. I'm stuck. Thanks for answering! :D
 
You can make a model tsunami with a fish tank. take the fish tank and at one end put a ramp (basically a big triangle) and make sure that there is some of it sticking out at the top to represent the beach. At the other end you'll drop something heavy in the water to create the wave. When the wave gets to the ramp it will get bigger, thus simulating the tsunami.
