Earth Science project, time change help?

If I leave on a 10 hour long, 9pm flight from Honolulu Hawaii, to Sydney, Australia, what time will it be in Sydney when i arrive?
I'm doing an Earth Science Regents project and I have no idea how to do the time change when you're in a plane..
 
in usa it woude be 9. friday but when you go to austarlia it will be saturday 10 and the time will be 6.28 and in the usa it woude be 9.28 so in australia they 9h ahead hope this helped
