1) CO2 make the climate hotter (global warming) as it causes green house effect (carbon dioxide make up a gas layer that prevent the sunlight being reflected back to the space)
2) Dust aslo play same role as CO2 in global warming but not as powerful as CO2(Some ppl say it cause the climate cooler as it block out sunlight)
