I usually leave on a trip hop mix while I sleep, however I think my favorite wake up song has gotta be "Good + Morning" by Amyas
 
To get my day started off right I listen to
Can't You See - Marshall Tucker Band
Nothing says good morning like that flute bit at the beginning. Always gets me in a good mood never fail.
 
Hey good deal, yes there is another soul out there who enjoys the late and great Marshall Tucker Band. Do people just not know about them or do you think they just don't like them?
 
could be a corabination of both. a lot of people around here don't really like Southern rock to begin with, so i suppose that hurts their chances a bit. i only have their first four albums but i think they're all fairly good. still searching for the best one though.

that's definitely an awesome song though, i like quite a few off Where We All Belong as well.
 
Terrifying? I think it's dreamy and hazy sounding which is why I like it for the morning. Have you ever heard their song Frankie Teardrop? That's the song that scares me.
