i am setting up appointments to get my child tested for early entrance into kindergarten. she is four and really mature and smarter than other kids her age in her daycare. she know her plantes, the diffference between an author and illustrator, she can count to 40 and can write her name and letters plus so much more. the thing is i have seen critism for people putting kids into school at 4. although four is young i was wondering since my kid will be 5 two months into the year i will send her is that still considered too early?

The primary reason parents are encouraged to wait to start their kids in school is to ensure that they are emotionally prepared. If your kid really is mature for a four year old, I don't see a problem.
However, I do have some serious qualms about the whole idea of testing for kindergartners. I mean seriously, they still haven't acquired complete mastery over their bowels and bladder. Testing? Come on. Let the kids be kids. I mean, they're looking at probably 20-odd years of school once you include college. Let them enjoy their freedom while they can.
