The socket has not closed fully yet. I woke up yesterday (Friday) morning with a pain radiating along the right side of my jaw up into my ear canal. Today, it feels like there stuffy/fluid feeling in my right ear, and it feels a bit numb, but no pain. I was just at the dentist last week for a checkup, and he said everything looked fine back there (though he just did a sight check, no x-rays). After looking around online for possible sources, it seems like this might be an infection. Any ideas?
