Ear discharge for several months after infection.

I had an outer ear infection about 2 months ago, which I used some ear drops and antibiotics to clear but after that I had a little bit of discharge for a few weeks after and then while that stopped i had a slight loss of hearing ever since. i figured i have wax build up and kept meaning to get some anti wax drops but was just being lazy, and really busy.

Anyway recently i got my eyebrow pierced which meant instead of sleeping on my good ear which I normally did I had to sleep on my other side, and now my ear has started leaking out a yellowish fluid, especially during the night. I have no pain but the amount of discharge is so much i have to constantly keep cleaning it out. Its quite a big problem. I really dont want to see a doctor so is there anything I can try to cure this from home? I live in China right now so specific medicines are very difficult to find.

Do you still have some of the antibiotic drops you used before for the infection? When my son has this, he always has drops left over. I would use them again if you have them. It sounds like the infection never quite cleared up.
 
Actually I used oral antibiotics before. I dont think its infected though or it would have some pain, and the infection would have healed its self in 2 months. But I donno much about this kinda thing.
