each time i save a picture from paint the picture has extra pixels on it?

i draw a picture in paint and save it. when i look at the saved picture on my documents it has extra pixels and i don't know what it is and how to take it off.
 
You are saving it as a .jpg which is lossy compression. You don't want it diminished so don't save it with a compression format. gif, png, pdf will all do a good job of rendering it without loss.

It's because of the file type you're saving it, it's creating all those little artifacts, I believe that's what they're called.
You can erase them or color over them there's no other way to get them off :/
It happens when you save it as a jpg. If you save it as a bmp and then finish it in another program like GIMP, then it should be fine once you save it as a jpg, but you must save it in GIMP or another program.
 
Some people would consider it a bug or error in the Paint software programming but Microsoft says there is nothing wrong with the program. It's just an undocumented feature built in to the software for your benefit.
