ea sports active 2 for ps3?

im thinking of buying ea sports active 2 for the ps3 and one of the main reasons is the 9 week training course you can enroll in. my question is is that something that i have to pay for seperatly? cause it says enroll...makes me think its an extra cost through the playstation network or through the program. can someone who has this game let me know please
