E815 MMS download

Hi There. i recently flashed a Verizon E815 using the 'How to get Cricket WAP and MMS working on Alltel v3m MONSTER!' thread. I used the alltel e815 monster file. I wasn't able to do the #072887* manual programing, so I skipped that part and continued. after I was finished, I restarted the phone and did not do the *228. I'm able to send mms messages, but when I recieve one, I'm unable to download the content. I have mobile web enabled on my account.

Is there a way I can download the mms messages? Any help will be appreciated. I have been up all night reading through posts, and can't seem to find a straight answer.

I have had this problem on all the E815 and E816 I have reprogrammed to cricKet with the Alltel flashes. I could not send or recieve MMS. You need to edit SEEM 2742 Record 0001 ORABet 0074 Bit 5, turning this bit on immediately allows send and recieve perfectly.

ok, here's what I did. I did the (Menu) 073887* I changed my MIN to my phone nuraber. I wasn't able to send or recieve. So, I changed it back. then, I did the seem Edit and Everything works fine! I'm able to send and recieve mms!

now i gotta learn how to do that ok n/p

1 thing tho...... could rather would someone kindly at least point me in the right direction of some sort of tut on that please ?

Try searching in the VZW Motorola Hacking and Flashing Forum. You can also go to Mark_Venture's website, he has many tutorials and pages of info devoted to hacking CDMA Motorolas. He is almost a God in the VZW forums, and well respected. You WILL learn something after visiting his website.
 
im sure to learn more there although through you GR8 peoples here i have gotten a bit up to speed as it were

ive managed with alot of help ( much appreciated ) to do seem edits and SU,Sd,logo changes too :clapping: woo hoo

now to find the right seem for to have my mms working
