E72 or E5 as upgrade to E63?

I figured the C6 has a bigger and better screen than the E5, and is otherwise pretty much the same. What led you to choose the E5 over the C6?

I have an E5.00-2 that I own as a backup device. It's usually turned off somewhere and in a drawer or in a console in the car for emergency use or if I want to use another phone number.

But I have used the E5 enough to know that the screen would drive me up the wall if I had to use it as an everyday device. It'd be great if you're only typing and only indoors. But it'll be very weak if people are always sending you pictures or if you have to do something in the sunlight.

The screen would kill the E5 for me as an everyday, regular device, for whatever one person's opinion is worth.

(Great, sturdy little thing for the money, though. Gotta give it that.)

It certainly could be faster. There have been many episodes of wondering if I launched a program and the C6 is just being slow or if I should tap the screen again. Once a program is launched, performance is more acceptable.

I don't believe there's anything else in the $200-$250 neighborhood that has a 3+" screen, US and Europen 3g, GPS and is faster (with or without a qwerty keyboard).

I may yet trade it in for an E72.

Oh well basically I just didn't want the hassle of another touch screen again. I had a Verizon enV Touch before and got tired of the touch screen (though the flip open keyboard on Verizon phones are amazing). Also, I heard that the Symbian S60 software wasn't the best for touchscreens and I didn't have money for an N8 so I grabbed the E5 haha
