E70-2 and Jabra BT350 not working

My Jabra BT350 bluetooth headset and E70-2 (just upgraded to latest firmware as of 2 days ago) wont work with each other. The headset works fine with my old V3 RAZR but the E70-2 wont even recognize the jabra! I charged the batts all the way, and I know the e70-2 bluetooth works because I was able to use it with a friend's computer and another friend's phone.

any ideas guys? am i missing something? I tried restarting the phone and everything else I could think of

Are you sure you're pairing the two properly? You have to put your Jabra into pairing mode to properly connect to another device for the first time.
 
I'm not familiar with that headset in particular, but on other Jabras I've owned, you have to hold the call (or multifunction) button until your LED remains lit. Then have your phone search for devices. It'll ask for a pin number which is usually '0000'. Have your phone set the device to authorized and you should be get to go.
