e70-2 and Cingular Settings

Did a search and didnt find any answers, so here we go

Im not sure whats going on. But I can send SMS/MMS messages, go on Wifi- Connect to the internet but I cant receive MMS. I dont know what the deal is. I have tried a ton of settings from Nokia Configurator. It works but dosent allow me to receive MMS. WHen Im receiving a MMS I get a message saying Invalid Acess Point, Check your multimeia settngs, or something like that. DOnt remember from off the top of my head.

SO, does anyone have the E70 and CIngular (USA) and are able to receive MMS. If so Can I please get your settings? I've been at this all day.
 
This is what I have and I can receive MMS on my E70


Connection name : cingular MMS
Data Bearer : packet data
Access point name : wap.cingular
username : [email protected]
prompt pass: no
pass : don't think its needed
Authentication : normal
Homepage: http://mmsc.cingular.com
 
Same exact settins I have, and it wont work. I had CINGULAR1 as the pass tho and the user in all caps. Somone mentioned turning dual mode off but didnt mention how to get there. I got there once but forgot how.
 
I actually fixed it, surprised myself. First I reset all teh settings to the original. Then I went thru every snigle app and setting on the phone. What I think did it was this.

Messeging > Options > Settings > Text Message > Preferred Conn. > Packet Data

It was on GSM/UTMS b4. Thats about the only different change I made, then after that, a flood of messages came in. All MMS btw.
 
If your still having any issues go to the nokia web site and they can send you the correct settings for your phone and your carrier. It's super easy.

UGH, Its starting to act screwy again. Im not sure if its the phone or the settings. But now i cant receive MMS anymore again. I can receive my own messages(ones I send to my self), which I wasnt able todo before when I had this problem. But now I cant receive anyone elses.
