E65 "System Error" "unable to access menu items" work around.

alot of E65 owner seems to have this problem, including me.
before Nokia release an firmware update, give the following a try, worked pretty good for me.
when you encounter those errors or any errors, try turn the phone "offline" by press the power button then select "offline". then change the setting or access the menu items you wanted to access.
after you make the changes, don't forget to turn the phone back online.

Never experienced that problem with my E65 or my wife's E65. Maybe it has something to do with one of the "non-standard" programs, or possibly it has something to do with the "made for Hong Kong" units.

I have a "made for Singapore" APAC unit, and it's been great except that the # silent hotkey doesn't work.

E65ers, are the Service and Web browsers combined on E65 as it done on N95? is the font size modifiable or mot? thanks

i'm ready to place an order for E65 anyway today. just want to ask one more questions for users of N73 and E65 --- how is the battery life on E65 compared to N73? will i be happy with E65 as i was with N73?

Thanks

Not sure I understand the question, but the E65 has both Web (the Nokia "full screen" browser) and Services (the WAP browser).

Battery life of my E65 has been great. I'm a moderate user, mainly calls and SMS, and a full charge lasts two whole days. However I'm near a charger every night, so all I need is a full day of battery power.

YMMV
