For those of you that purchased E65's that reside in the US can tell me where you purchased your phone from and how was the service of the vendor that you used.

A lot of people here like ImportGSM and I'm one of them. The E65 I had was defective and Adam from ImportGSM was helpful and courteous. I exchanged the one I had from them and everything went fine. You might pay a few bucks more than compared to other online retailers, but ImportGSM will at least help you with getting warranty service which NokiaUSA won't offer since the phone is not intended for NorthAmerica.
