When installing Nokia PC suite on my acer laptop, I tried to set up the bluetooth connection but I keep getting an error message as soon as it starts looking for devices in range. The error says:
cannot use the connection type. check that all the needed hardware, software, and drivers are available.
I know bluetooth works on both because I have the E62 paired to a bt headset, and have had my laptop paired with my treo. Any ideas?? Don't really have the time to call tech support right now.
