e61 vs wing/or touch vs p990i

So right now I'm stuck between 3 phones, and I can't decide what to choose.

The p990i I've been wanting for so long and now it has become really cheap however I keep hearing that it is really buggy and now firmware updates are being released by SE...I could wait for the P1 but then would have to wait even longer for when it becomes decently priced.

The e61/e61i seems like the best choice and honestly don't have anything against it...but for some reason I want something that does more...like use a touchscreen or it slides or something. I know it seems to be stupid but when I'm actually going to buy a phone rather than getting my Cingular upgrades, I want to make sure that I'm gonna be happy with the phone for awhile.

The wing was a random one that I found. I could get it unlocked but it seems too expensive for what it is. But I like its color and small style. The touch is in the same boat, but I'm not sure if its worth it.

My dream phone is the e90, but right now its too expensive although I found it for under $800. I just wished it was a tad smaller though.

So which one of these should I go for, or do you have an alternative?

Get the HTC Touch is under 600 if u look @ tha right sites nd its not a bulky phone from wat I saw, look here if u havent made up ur mind.

P990i has the best looking to me and it's cheap.
I would have got it if not because it doesn't support EDGE which is essential for data connection.
So, I certainly won't suggest P990i if you plan to have heavy data networking on phone network. Otherwise, I would vote for it.

The specificatin of P1 doesn't have EDGE either (and of course not UMTS 1900), I don't know what SonyEricsson is thinking, seems they've abandoned the PDA phone users in US.

I like the E90 also, but I prefer my N93i's optical zoom over the QWERTY keyboard.

P990i is very cheap BUT... SE has stopped developing firmware for it and they are moving on to the proposed P1 smartphone...
HTC Touch is nice interface but it's expensive and it's sluggish in my opinion for that price, i'd rather top up 100 more and get HTC TyTn or wait for HTC Kaiser...
the problem I have with Touch is that the new TouchFLO interface is only a "Cover" for the WM interface... and it only showed the touchflo on the main screen and some applications but otherwise, the phone came back to the regular small WM icons/menu which means you will still need to use stylus
Currently, I am using E61i and it works like wonders... Symbian OS (i got a crapload of apps+games for it), sleek thin body, QWERTY keyboard (i love qwerty) and many more great features...

I actually vote for Nokia E61i

p990: as mentioned, very buggy. it also lacks GSM 850 so needless to say your reception will be crippled

E61i: great phone. im looking for a new phone similar to what your looking at and the E61i is at the top of my list, heard nothing but great things about it

wing: dont know enought ot help you there

touch: touchflo is nice, but it doesnt seem that awsome, and text input is with the on screen keyboard which is too cramped, i think ms needs to copy the iphones keyboard for their non qwerty keyboard phones

e90: i creamed my pants upon my first encounter with it ( ), but i cant fork out $1500 CAD for one, so i think i will go for e61i

i gotta check out the htc kaiser you guys are talking about to see if its worth waiting for.

but i am leaning towards e61i right now.

if i happen to magically fall upon a lot of cash i would definitely go for e90. well im selling off my brand new treo 650 that i got through warranty so i might be able to get some cash for that. haha i dunno, i wont get my hopes up.

Another vote for the E61i here, the screen is fantastic for browsing, viewfinder etc. also as its not touchscreen, it shows better in direct sunshine, like when driving (I use tomtom gps).
