E61 Roadsync - GPRS Keep Alive issue

I've installed Roadsync and like it (though a bit buggy). It needs to keep the data connection alive for push email to work. After a few minutes the data connection goes inactive and it loses it's connection to the Exchange Server.
Anyone know how to force the connection to stay alive?
Under Connection/Packet Data I've tried both "When Available" and "When Needed".

I'm on Cingular...

Thanks!

There is an option in Roadsync (under advanced) that changes the time that the phone will send a packet back to the Exchange server. I don't have that particular handset with me, otherwise I'd give the the exact menu.

You might want to try that.

Hello all. I think I have the answer to the issue. I installed roadsync on my E61 and used the medianet access point. The http connection would fail after 1 minute. If you are using medianet, build a new access point with the exact same settings as as medianet except do not enter a proxy server address.

The http connection will stay up.

I'm having problems of my own though. I stay connected to the exchange server that indeed has sp2 installed and supports push. Problem is that I get no signal when mail arrives in my inbox and the Phone finally syncs up at the expiry of it's local heartbeat timer.
