E61 freezing and also restarting by itself

I'm really getting tired of my E61 freezing and also restarting by itself. This is getting rediculous. Anybody else having these problems recently?
 
I had that happen to me the first days I used the device.. Then it "calmed down". You should do a hard reset, if that doesn't work, then try updating the firmware. (I'm still running the old one, because I haven't had any issues with it)
 
If your not having issues dont upgrade the FW. It forces you to press the damn function key for half the things you do. The bold font on messaging, notes, and calendar entries was welcomed but not enough to justify the fact that web browsing is 2 handed now because of the function key....but Mrkrman might want to upgrade if the Hard reset doesnt help. I know that my E61 has some noticeable improvements in performance speed and stability after the upgrade so my feelings are certainly mixed.
 
I have already done a hard reset and updated the firmware about 2 weeks ago. My has even restarted in the middle of business calls and that is FAR from acceptable.
 
Okay, two standard questions, do you have any pirated software?
Second. Check your phone for a few hours without a memory card, check if it still reboots a lot. I can be almost certain that unless you have installed staff on your c:\ your phone will not reboot as much.

Could you do this for me? Thanks.
 
I'm having the exact same problems and am getting pretty frustrated. I don't have any warez, I've done a hard reset, I've tried it without a memory card and it still happens a couple times a week, most often when on a call, though sometimes once a month or so, the phone is idle and reboots itself. I also get the "Battery low" indicator when the battery if full, it restarts itself and then it is full again... (though it never really drained)... It seems to be totally sporadic to me.
 
I don't have any pireated software on my phone and I will go the whole day today without the memory card in the phone. Thanks for the info I hope this works. I will let you know.
 
Ok, well I have been testing my phone and it still freezes when I try to go to email and use the email button sometimes. I have not had my memory card in the phone for 4 days and it hasn't restarted by itself but I'm still having trouble with it. By the way, the card I was using is a Nokia branded sd card. I really don't want to have to do a hard reset again but this is kind of rediculous. Any more ideas?
