E61 Calander Issues

Hope someone can shead some light on a small issue I have with my E-61...

When I change time zone (ie flying to and from work) the built in Calander software 'helpfully' changes the times of the appointments for me!!! I don't think I've done anything stupid in setting it up but I can't see how to stop this..

Or am I having to get another piece of calander software to stop this happening?

Turn off auto time/date update when you travel outside your home zone. Then when you change time zones only change the time in manual update NOT the zone. This will leave your appointments alone but give you the correct time. Set your time zone for home and NEVER change it. Same thing happens in Windows mobile.
 
I can see from where u are coming. Just a thought though - suppose I was in US and I got a meeting invite for a meeting in Europe, it will get converted to US time and sit in the calendar, now I fly to attend the meeting. In this case won't I NEED the meeting time to change to Europe time??? Perhaps that's what Nokia thought when they designed the calendar vs time zone logic??
