E61 Battery Indicator Problem

[90s-kid]

The battery indicator of my E61 is not update correctly.
While using it, it always keeps showing a full status (5 bars).
Only after turning the phone off and on again, it shows the right battery status (e.g. 2 bars).

Did somebody else have this problem too?
How can I solve this?
Anyone tried a firmware upgrade?

the problem hasnt been corrected in the first two e61 updates and for now i think all s60 v3s suffer from this
