E61 and Slow SMS

I'm on Rogers and when I send a SMS to someone else on the same network it takes roughly half an hour before they get my message. Does anyone else experience this problem? I already have the SMS accelerator installed (thats all you have to do right? It says Installed in the Apps manager). The sending Icon dissapears after a few moments (nothing unusualy long or whatever, just normal). HEre's a link to another thread i asked in the Rogers Discussion forum. Someone suggested I ask here as well..

did u try downloading nokia's sms accelerator. its on their site and i never tried sending a sms w/o it. but my experience is that its instant sent msgs.

Did you actually bother to read his post? God.

Delayed delivery of texts is usually a problem with your provider rather than the phone. Once your phone has sent the text, it is up to Rogers to deliver it.
