Hey, does anyone know if they will be coming out with another E-50 update? I mean I still get the loudspeaker bug thing, and my bluetooth problem is still here (where the phone would restart itself when someone calls and it vibrates when I'm connected to the bluetooth), and my memory goes really low (when I check on Tasky) even though all I do is text and my bluetooth isn't even on anymore.

So yeah just asking if anyone knows.
 
The firmware cycle is completely unpredictable. More important, there are many people on current and previous firmware who had none of these problems (barring the memory thing).

Yu may have a lemon there and I would force Nokia to take it back and fix it or give you one that works properly. In particular if you live in the UK or EU there are often consumer proteciton laws that retailers will not tell you about, but they have to live by if you force the issue.

Never mind the firmware - the phone is almost a year old and only two firmwares in that whole time - send it back and tell them to make it work properly.b
 
The problem is I live in the US and I bought the phone in HK. I can send it back to HK because I have family there but I didn't buy any insurance with the phone, would I still be able to send it back for them to fix?
 
I dont know the laws in Hong Kong, but I would imagine it must come with some minimum of warranty period at least. But that is up to you to know the laws of the place where you bought it.
