Memory is not really an issue for me and I do use a lot of apps. Only time I've encountered it is while using more than one flash app, for example Tube by Alebic.
Other than that, dont sweat the memory thing - just enjoy the phone. Assuming you dont have a lemon E50 - of which there are many out there, to be honest - you will rarely encounter it, if ever.
