E50, E61, and E61i US release imminent

I just noticed that the these phones are on the Nokia USA expected soon page. I think that's wonderful.

lol....it figures.....I love the E50 but it's ironic that the US is lucky enough to pick up the low end symbians only. I mean come on already....the E62 and the E50????? Give me a break Nokia! I'm on the verge of saying GTH!...but of course i'm an addict and could never.....

Why are they putting the E61 and E61i on the expected soon page simultaneously? Seems kind of redundant doesnt it. Unless they're trying to offer a wi-fi E61 without the cam to cater to gov employees and the "i" version for the masses but it still makes no sense with the E62 already in circulation. Oh well....those guys are a lot smUrter than me I suppose.

...of course 90 percent of the expected soons never make it here anyway.

....and a EU tri to boot! Even T-mobile doesnt brand their phones without 850 due to the roaming contracts (and crummy service) Why have a non 850 slated for "coming soon" when it's inoperable throughout most of Middle America and any other rural environments.

Not all of us have mad money to drop on new phones. The reason this really excites me is because we will finally be able to get out E50s and E61s serviced here in the US.

yep! T-Mo has really improved the coverage in the university. Its on par with cingular now.
