E-mail from Borders book reservations?

I had sent in a book reservation for two books at a nearby Borders bookstore. Am I supposed to wait for an e-mail to be received saying that they have my book?

When I had checked the store's inventory online for these books it said, "likely in store". If it happens to not be in stock, would they send me an e-mail informing me so?
