E. Honda Street Fighter 4 (PS3 Version). Having difficulties with "charge" moves?

Ive read the manuel, tried the commands and attempted the trial challenge. I really need a "fully physical" description, of how to perform the moves with "charge". Im only really having trouble with the few commands that have "charge" in them. I don't know how to perform them. Thank you for any help.
