ok so my sister has a 92 dodge shadow when she bought it the guy she got it from rigged a bunch of shit up on it so he could sell it... but the e brake is disconnected... im good at workin on cars but i never had to hook up a e brake so how would i go about doing so... thanks for all your advice..
