DYNO Numbers for Baggers???

2010 Road Glide with SE Heavy Breather, D&D 2into1 Fat Cat, and SE Super Tuner Pro, installed on day one by the dealer. This run was just after the 1000mi break-in in late May 2010 on a rather warm Las Vegas day by the dealer. Dyno cell conditions were 63.11f, 27.73in-Hg and 42% humidity. I was expecting more, guess I am looking into cams next.

The entry fee was $20 and you get 3 runs, 3 print outs, a T-shirt that says Winner and probably at some point in the future will be solicited for Insurance - LOL

The cams will help a lot. My 2010 Street Glide was 68 hp and 82 tq stock, the stage II 103 and SE 255 cams I had installed with dyno tune now produce 92 hp and 106 tq.

Doc1 in Florida did my build

I can't find my dyno sheet right now, but did one at a recent bike night. I remember being surprised how low the HP was, but the Torque was pretty good.

I say surprised about low HP because everyone I ride with that has a bagger tells me I pull away from them, whether they're on 96" motor or an 88" even if they have some minor upgrades, and guys I know that have built motors on softails, dynas or customs are surprised that I'm right on their a$$ if they're gettin on it, so it seems to run well compared to comparable bikes. If the tire hooks up when I dump the clutch the front end has come a couple feet off the ground and I could ride out a wheelie if I didn't let off the throttle. I guess the take off thing is torque though right? And the 0-80 quickness is the HP?

One thing I was wondering, the HP seemed to be a steady curve up, but I swear the guy never revved it up much at all, it seemed like he was cruising the bike the whole time. I remember thinking most of my HP comes at higher RPM and he never seemed to take it as far as I take it before I shift (if I'm gettin on it, that is).

Can someone tell me if that's normal?

I have an 03 RKC w/ stage 1 download, SE breather, and SE slipons. What do you guys think I should be getting? I'll post the dyno sheet whenever I find it.

Karz,

With a canned map and your setup 70/80 hp/tq give or take.

With my original Stage one with Hooker Tune Flows on true duals I was at 67.3 hp and 81.48 tp peak.

Doc in FL tuned it to 77.12 HP peak and 88.0 TQ with a much flatter response. It was at least 75 lbs tq between 2000 and 5500 rpm with the peak at 3700.
