DYNO Numbers for Baggers???

Well it is finally done. Here are the numbers: 83.8 horse power and 94.87 torque. Please note that the torque starts at over 80 ft/lbs at 2000 RPM and climbs to 94.87ft-lbs in a hurry. I think my engine resembles a John Deer Tractor, Ha Ha ... but combined with the power commander quick shift it pulls like a freight train and buries the speedometer very quickly. I think the bike will do between 130 mph to 140 mph but I don't know for sure because the speedo stops at 120~ I've been told to put a six speed in but my harley 5 speed is silky smooth and I don't see the benefit living in New Hampshire. Well Thank You to RJ's Motorsports for setting this bike up the way I like it. And it was money well spent just to hear this Harley. Ok here is what was done: Andrews 26G gear Cams, Branch Heads (actually got Jerry out of retirement to machine them) Keith Black Flat Top pistons and rings, Bored out my Cylinders and now it is a 95 inch, Power Commander PC3, Dual Map Swicth (1 for performance and 2 for touring mode) and the clutchless shift kit from Power Commander (make sure no one is in front of you when you use this feature), Vance and Hines True Dual Headers into Samson Wide Oval slip-on mufflers and also have other stuff for ergonomics and comfort.

Thank You for your patience,

-WOOD

For the things you have done your numbers seem to be realy low.
I dont know how told you about this combo ... but it seems to be pretty low in the numbers.

Slow joe

06 Road Glide w/55,000 miles
Dyno tuned - remapped at Harley dealer 6-16-10
Twin Cam 88 w/95" jugs
Screamin Eagle pipes for the big bore (110") engines
Stage 1 air filter w/stock cover for appearance
max power 80.65 around 5500 RPM
max torque 85.10 around 3800-4000 RPM 5th gear
I don't know why they used 5th gear for the measurement. It is a 6-speed.
For comparison, I believe this bike should have been about 69 HP stock and new.

2004 Road Glide with 88CI stock motor. SE intake, V&H Dresser Duals out to V&H Ovals, PC3 USB.

Just had it dyno-ed a couple weeks ago. Numbers before were 70.24 max HP and 74.95 Max Torque. After the Dyno numbers are 76.07 max HP and 80.18 Max Torque. I was pleased with the gains and the bike runs much better.

While I'm sure the bike feels fantastic, there's really no need to worry about exceeding the speedo's 120 limit. With 83 hp you'll never even reach 115 and if fact will probably struggle to reach 110mph. Enjoy the riding but don't worry about exceeding the speedo since that's at least one problem you'll never have to experience.

True! My Evo is geared for around 145mph in theory and with a lusty S&S 107 in it is even better qualified than many to go fast, but I have no illusions, or desire to see what it will actually do!
