Hey, If your bike has not been tuned I agree a good tuner will richen up the air fuel ratio set by the factory will help. You might also consider a good synthetic oil, I use Redline racing oil. If you still have issues Jagg makes an external oil cooler and I believe Harley has one on their catalog
 
looks good I used the stage III kit with the 259e cams 2-1 boss fat cat perf baffle
104 hp 110 tq,2010 roadglide custom I like the way this kit makes power nice roll on power
at any thing above 2000 rpm's,next thing I will do is the heads and t-body this was a cycle rama tune
 
Getting it tuned is the key operative in these threads brother. Just putting it on the Dyno will just get you the numbers, but no tuning and no heat removal. With the tuning you'll need to buy a good mechanism for the tuning. Most prefer the Screamin Eagle race tuner or the Power Commander. There are others as well, but the cost of both the fuel management device and the tune should run at least $450. Whatever you do don't buy a canned map from the dealer for $150.
