DYNO Numbers for Baggers???

Yea on a dyna chassi !!!!,MY COUSIN HAS A 96 S&S ON A TITIAN CHASSI WITH 585 CAMS AND CANT OUT RUN ME ROLLINN OR FROM A DEAD STOP and the 575 cam are nothing but low to mid range cams so with a 2n1 / should have good bottom tq We call that under camed good touring set up but thats it,Its a dog on the other end ,,,,,if you ever get pass 90 mph?
 
The heads are killing you ,you gave up velocity for volume by doing oversized valves commom mistake even for me done the same thing took those heads off new heads have stock vave sizes but velocity was increased by port polish /blending the valve area,do this whatch what happens then,,you number will come up dramatically About the thuder max finding some one who really know how to tune all the peramiters of the systyem And Eric is full of #$%^&* Think about it what he said,,, made no since if you care about the longevity of the motor. Who wants and ECM that half works? For most people dont run their bike from bottom to all out it wont go any faster, But I have ,,so those other tuners are junk once a map is installed in the ecm the motor is not capable of running at its best ability once it runs out of that map paramiter,And thats when temprature increase and detonation begins and FYI my 103 made 97 hp and 104 tq and believe me I know I learned the hard way
 
No Dyno Yet waitn for warmer weather not all dyno machines have the ability to stabilize proper air Temp thats another thing people are not aware of and I watch hundreds of dollar get thrown away at these dyno booths at events, wich Is ok but not efficiant A good dyno is in a controlled enviorment,the dyno I use is a contolled enviorment but they charge extra 100 bucks if ya dyno in winter and besides last time I done that still had to go back beginng of ridn season for final tune PUR HELL CUSTOMS in Mannassas VA Between them and TOPNOTCH CYCLES Fredricksburg Va,Both these shops will build ya anything from mild to wild Without buiding it 3 times,and have decades of experience in performance work Good Luck Guys
 
Fresh build 1 month ago,250 miles on this build on a new build we do a 3 hr start and run to bing the motor up slow and safe .Ill explain in detail later ,,,After that its go or blow not to say I go out and run the !@#$%^&* out it but not cocerned if I want to But when I get the Number Ill Post them But wont Be till Later
 
Dream on Obviously you dont know much about the tuners other than THUN/MAX those tuner run on canned maps no afr change when needed no injector pulse change when needed once the maps in you get what you get and it is a addon /piggyback to the stock ecm You Put INFO INTO THE STOCK ECM
 
I'm sorry I have stock gears and TMAXautotune 100hp 120 tq how do I get 12 to 15 % more tq please help. Paul
 
OK, blublyu2 is all this talk directed at me? This thread is about dyno,s and bagger,s. I posted my runs on the dyno. The chassis dyno is power to the ground correct? The dyno at Bennetts is a chassis dyno not an engine dyno.I,m not hating I,m simply stating my numbers as they are and what I did to my motor. My first map in the thunder max was based on my build and a program that thundermax sent me. Since then they have made some adjustments to the maps a couple times based on me sending them my info from my thundermax them tweaking them and me reloading the program. I agree that having someone knowledgeable with the thundermax and a dyno for fine tuning would be ultimate. Eric doesn,t no the thundermax and the specifics of tweaking it. He does no the power commander and how to get the most from it.He simply stated that with the pcIII and very simular builds to mine he always see,s better number,s with the pc,s.over the thundermax,s. Like I said my bike runs very well does great burnouts and the powercurve shows on the dyno that it pulls very well from 2800rpm,s write on thru to redline. I,m simply trying to get the most out of the build.
