This is a dyno of my stock '09 FLHX with stage 1 a/c, supertrapp se slip on mufflers with SEST tune. 70 hp 80 ft lbs tq. Think I can do better? I asked the tuner to tune for performance and fuel mileage.

Running Lean like that will increase your heat and also give you more mileage. If you want cooler then you'll give up some economy, but gain some power to a degree. You're not gonna get 95 Ft lbs by just changing pipes and breather on a 96".

I suspect what you got was a canned (EPA) SERT map. You can check with Mike at Latus HD and see if they have a custom map for your particular setup. Or maybe Jamie at Fuel Moto can help you out.

What's in your build...that curve is almost identical to mine except my little peak is on the other side of the torque dip. I say little peak cuz mine hits 110 ft/lb at 2300 and stays around there all the way out to 5200 except when it hits 114 at about 4500.

Well, I finally got around to scanning my dyno sheet...This is my current build (with trueduals), on a hot August day with dewpoints in the 70's. My headwork consists of a minor port/polish(exhaust only)/relieve and .020 cut. BTW, if I ride nice(60 mph in 5th, for example), MPG is 47-48....Bike runs GREAT....
