Bought stock in 2005 witih 500mi. Upgraded to:

TC-88
SE AC
SE "Race Course Only" pipes (discontinued stock from Ebay)
SE Ignition Module & Coil (discontinued stock from Ebay)
Andrews 26G, .490 lift cams

77.6 Hp.
100.1 Ft./lb. Tq.

Bike is in the shop now for repair from low speed wobble accident. Having D&D Fatcat (Black!) w/ quiet baffle installed. Do not want to open this motor until it gets 'old'.

This is an old thread, and there's no way I have time to read through all of the posts, so I'll just throw my measly numbers out there.

Stock 88" Twin Cam
SE Race Tuner
Stage 1 kit
SE Slip ons

71 HP and 78 ft/lbs torque

I have since added V&H True Duals, but have not had it re-dynoed. I'm seriously considering a set of Andrews 21G or 26G cams. I've about decided not to go passed that for engine mods. I don't want to risk reliability for HP.
 
I just received the dyno chart from my dealer. My upgrades to the stock 96" motor are as follows:
D and D Fat Cats (2 into 1 exhaust)
Screamin Eagle Heavy Breather (elbow with open element K and N style cone filter)
Screamin Eagle Super Tuner.

My peak Horse Power is 72. My peak Torque is 83. I was expecting the numbers to be slightly higher. I was expecting 80-85hp and 90-96tq based on other bikes with similar set-ups on here. Anybody know if there is more power left in there? Can I get to what I expected with a better tune? A salesman tried to tell me that the IDS (Isolated Drive System) is robbing me of some power and that if I went to a 2007 drive pully I would probably get higher numbers. Anybody have any input on this?
 
After the 107 cylinder heads, 2.20 intake/1.7 exhaust valves. Redshift 657 Cams, Bassani True Duals:

Was expecting 115-120 HP. We think it needs more fuel to get there, so I just ordered a new SE Throttle Body and Hi Flow injectors. Will install and Dyno again this week.

10/22/08: Installed the new 58mm throttle body and injectors. Torque remained the same but the HP went up a noticeable 5hp. (100HP/107 TQ) Was expecting more but the bike runs great. One thing to note, when tuning with the new Screaming Eagle Race Tuner, the original dealer that MAPPED is the only one who can modify it again. I took it to a second dealership and they could not do any mods with the tuning. (Air/Fuel was right on). Why would Harley do that????
