Dr. Dyno improved my numbers last summer at Sturgis from 86/75 to 92/78.

Here's my chart from the post break in period. I will do some tuning later this week and should pick up another 10 points or so when it's tuned. Engine is a GMR 124" with R&R Heads, HPI Throttle Body, and a D&D Boarzilla Pipe.

Again, these numbers are from a canned TMAX map with no tuning or tweaking. Just some early base line runs for info gathering.

I don't see many 110 inch motors in this post. I am dropping off my 07 streetglide for dyno and tune after my 500 mile break in after the motor build. I went with the 110 inch kit with flowed heads and throttle body. 260 SE cams 50mm throttle body. Reinhart tru duals w/out crossover. I am hoping for at least 110/110. Supposed to pick it up Sat 4-10-08. I will post my sheet and represent for the 110 inch people.[sm=icon_rock.gif]

Well... I have been putting off the dyno for some time, as I have been using a DTT TCFI-IID and tuning it in myself. There are no shortage of "hot sports opinions" when it comes to "Auto Tuners" and build results - read: NUMBERS.

As luck would have it, I picked theworst "air day" we've had this year. It was 90+ with very high humidity... sweat standing still kinda thing.

Frankly, I don't care too much about the numbers, because this MF will flat RUN & that's what I was after.... When I talked about the build with Doug @ HQ, I was after TORQUE.... with little emphasis or care about the HP numbers, because Torque is what we FEEL and what makes these heavyazz Baggers Getup & GO....

I already know the AFR traces are not nice & flat... this is a DTT "auto tuner". Looks like I may try a Direct Link tune jsut for comparison sake.

Build is as follows:
2005 RG
HQ 120 (actually 121)
HQ Heads
HQ prep'd jugs & custom pistons
HQ575 cams
10.5:1 CR
HPI 55mm TB
Marren 6.1 gm/sec injectors
D&D FatCat w/BigBore baffle
Baker DD6 tranny
Baker KKK cutch
DTT TCFI-IID
SAE Results: 116/157 -> Mission Accomplished!

Good God Almighty!! I had to look at that thing about 3 times with a couple more double takes for good measure. That does say 157ft/lb torque at 2250 RPM doesn't it?[sm=coolness.gif][sm=nxsmile.gif]??? I don't think, no I know, I've never seen that kind of torque. Damn good job Phil.
