Just got my scoot and she posted 85HP and 102lb/ft TQ.

Stage II 103" with SERT and Rineharts. That's it.

Irode her for the first time today...Wow. Me likey...

I had some of the same concerns, so I called a number of dealerships and got a different answer from everyone giving me no help at all. At the end, I decided to leave the stock Harley headers and go with Rinehart slipons. It produces a bit more TQ and a bit lessHP in the numbers, but I figure that TQ fills the seat of the pants o' meter better than higher RPM HP does. That left me with quietersound and over heating.I can tell thatmy exhaust is a very smallamount less than some of the more open exhausts buthas a verynice deep sound and a good bit of openness still. I love the sound. With the SERT, they were able to get rid of the overly lean stock condition that makes it run soooooohot. I also spent the money I would have used to install the true duals over the slip ons (slip ons are <$500 and true duals are <$850) and bought the HD performance oil cooler. It comes with a chrome cover and looks sweet down there. Bike runs cool and nice and IMHO puts down plenty of torque with a good sound.

Ok, here goes. 02 FLHTCUI, 95 in Big Bore,(all the usauls with big bore like air kit and the like), SERT, standard header/Y pipes w/ Touring Performances Mufflers. Not exacltly what cams but I believe they are 203's. I bought the bike used w/ 8000 miles. The 1st scan reflects this setup. I have averaged between 38 - 45 miles per gallon depending on speed. The higher the speed on the Interstate, the lower the milage. The 2nd 2 scans reflect the mods I have done like B&E True Dual Conversion kit, (I believe it is also know as Fulsacs), and I also modified the mufflers by cutting out the front exhuast deflector within the muffler. These are the removable core type. Lastly I added AR Cones, (Torqe Cones). As you can see my horse power and torqe drop a little. I do like the sound better, deeper, it runs cooler and seems to run a little better. Not sure about the milage with this setup on long runs. Seems to be about the same on day rides. I'm not sure if the AR Cones are lowering the horse power or a combination of all of it, but does seem to pull well at low RPM's. Well that it for now. I think I will leave it alone until after the next trip to Panama City Beach in April to see how it all works. Any ideas or comments?

Hi All! For Christmas I got a full blown Big Bore Kit for my '05 Ultra. It is supposed to have the best of the best. It is in right now at Century Harley in Medina, OH. Should have it back about Jan 4th. Should be above 100 HP & 100 TQ. Will keep up the posts. My wife knows how to shop at Christmas at the Harley Dealer!!!

wow way to piss in a guys ceral. Just because it is a harley dealer does not mean they only use harley parts. Lots ofdealers build whatever people want. My local dealer is a head-quarters dealer as well as a Kuryacan (Sp?)
