Started to post my dyno run and build, but remembered I already did........oops! Old and Cold up here and the sun is starting to shine................almost ridin' time!

Rideon,
Those are good numbers,I got a few more doing heads also on my 03 RK, but the key are the cams, I used a TW5G, both make great torque down low. I am building mu 07 Ultra and am sticking to Woods cams, this time the TW-400-6 - .650 lift but talked to Bobby Woods and he guaranteed the torque would be where I needed it -down low by making the other mods I have planned.

07 RK Custom 88' built up into a 95" with a S&S Hot Setup (in J&P catalog among others). Includes S&S head, pistons, 585 cams. Also SE Air Breather, PCIII, V&H True Duals and ovals.

87HP and 94TQ

I'm using the PC III and my dyno pull shows my A/F ratio drops down to about 11-11.5% at speeds 65-85(cruise'n)
The tuner said it should be around the 13% line close to straight across for best performance.
?Does this mean during this range of speed i'm running too rich and burning more gas?

You guys with the pcIII, have you had successs in tweaking your canned map yourselves or ponied up the 200.bucs for the tune?

I hooked up my laptop ,jacked up the bike and did a simulated run and most of the canned map numbers(Rpm's to throttle % were dead on except at 10 and 20 % throttle which put me in the above mentioned cruise range@4000-5500 rpm's,the fuel numbers on the canned map were pretty high compared to what the bike was actually putting out!
I know i have to consider not haveing the friction of the rear wheel on the roller, but the soot on the end of my T'heads and the crappy gas mileage seems like i'm running too rich![:'(]

I dont want to fork over 200. bucs until i get the cam and head work done.
thanks for any input fellas!
