I got an 07 Ultra Classic with SE air cleaner, V&H Oval slip-on mufflers and the SERT. Check the link below for the dyno charts. I posted the before and after. Also I pulled the plugs after 500 miles and a picture is included.

Baggerdad, I like your thought process, I've ridden a couple stock bore 80ci and 88ci big twins that run harder and are more reliable than most of the big bore & radical tuned stuff I've come across. Head work and compression do a world or good on these oversized lawn mower engines.

I'm surprised how many people don't bother getting their bike dyno'd completely stock first. It's more in the % gained or lost that matter more than the raw numbers. With production tolerances often yielding as much as 10% difference in stock power output, I'd like to know where I'm at to begin with and go from there.

Ordered up some goodies for my '06, will be running it on the Factory/Eddy Current EC997 dyno soon bone stock, then adding some parts and seeing where we end up. After the warranty is up in '08, we'll open her up and see where we want to go from there.
